Following the devastating earthquake in Haiti earlier this year, New Contemporaries issued a Call to Action to mobilise former artists and selectors in a bid to raise desperately needed funds to help those affected. The website carries images of the impressive number of works, A4 in size, which were so generously sent by New Contemporaries artists and selectors in response to the call.

These works are now available for purchase by means of donation to Save the Children. In keeping with the democratic principles of New Contemporaries all works are offered to any bidder at a minimum donation of £100, though more can be donated. These works will be allocated at random, and distributed as if in a draw.

Almost six months on from Haiti’s devastating earthquake, Save the Children have reached 682,000 children and their family members. But the process of reconstruction has only just begun. Your donation will support Save the Children’s long-term response, helping children and their families to rebuild their lives.

For example your donation could help to provide the following:

Thank you for your support of this project, the Haiti appeal, and New Contemporaries.

Sacha Craddock and the Board of New Contemporaries.

*Handling and postage is additional at £5.95 per work.
